Both blades fit the motor-driven Grandma Ann's Electric Grater. Choose by the texture your recipe needs.
The same blade included with every Electric Grater. Buy it as a replacement or as an extra for large prep days. You don't need one with a new machine.
Best for: pasteles, alcapurrias, green bananas, yautía, yuca/cassava, plantains, calabaza, potatoes and horseradish.

No. Every Grandma Ann's Electric Grater already includes one Regular Grating Blade. Buy a blade only as a replacement or as an extra for large prep days.
The Regular Blade produces a traditional grated texture and is recommended for pasteles and alcapurrias masa. The Fine Blade produces a finer, softer texture and is useful when finely grated coconut is desired. Neither is better — it's a texture choice.

No. The 3-Piece Manual Grating & Slicing Disc Set is a hand accessory that sits over the bowl. It does not attach to the motor and does not replace the Regular or Fine Grating Blades.
No. The electric system grates and shreds. Only the manual discs can slice, by hand.
Yes. The Regular Blade, Fine Blade, Manual Disc Set and Peeler are all made to work with the Grandma Ann's Electric Grater and bowl.
Rinse and dry after use. The Electric Grater's removable bowl, grating blade and hopper are dishwasher-safe; wipe the motor base rather than immersing it.
