We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Grandma Ann's Electric Grater as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any purchase made directly on https://www.grandma-anns.com or through our toll-free number 1-800-581-1332,  for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, see the individual authorized dealer’s return policies applicable to your purchase  — please contact them directly for more information.

30-Day Trial Period Return Policy for U.S. and Puerto Rico Customers. We are so certain that you will see the value and benefits of using your Grandma Ann's Electric Grater that we are happy to offer a risk-free, 30-day, in-home trial. If you are not completely satisfied and don't find the Electric Grater to meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days of receipt of the product for a full refund - we will even pay the  return shipping fees for customers who paid for shipping in their original order. (Please note that if you received free shipping in your original order, you will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred in returning the product). Grandma Ann's stands behind its products and our commitment to your satisfaction is our top priority.

Return Policy for U.S. and Puerto Rico Customers After 30-Day Trial Period. If you choose to return your Grandma Ann's Electric Grater after the 30-day trial period, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, but you will be responsible for any shipping and and restocking fees. See Return Fees below.

International Return Policy

International customers are not eligible for the 30-day trial period. International customers may return the Electric Grater to receive a full refund of the purchase price within 90 days of receipt of the product. International customers will be responsible for all shipping and restocking fees. No exceptions. See International Return Fees below.  

HOW TO RETURN

To return an Electric Grater or other products purchased from Grandma Ann's at any time, you will need a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain this number, call 1-800-581-1332 or email brian@grandma-anns.com. We will also provide you with the return instructions. Please note that Grandma Ann’s is not responsible for products lost or damaged without following our return process and without obtaining a valid Return Authority number. The Return Authority number is valid for 14 calendar days from issuance.

Customers are responsible for shipping return packages. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the appliance, Grandma Ann’s will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

RETURN FEES

U.S. and Puerto Rico Customers: For returns made after the 30-day trial period, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and restocking fees.

Product returns between:

  • 31 days - 60 days the restocking fee is 15% of the purchase price, plus shipping
  • 61 days - 90 days the restocking fee is 25% of the purchase price, plus shipping
  • No product returns are accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase.

International Customers:

Product returns between:0 days - 60 days the restocking fee is 15% of the purchase price, plus shipping

  • 61 days - 90 days the restocking fee is 25% of the purchase price, plus shipping
  • No product returns are accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

If you require a repair or replacement, just let us know via email at brian@grandma-anns.com or call 1-800-581-1332.

Replacements

Replacements are only issued if the Electric Grater does not function upon receipt within the first 30 days of purchase. Customers will not be charged shipping for replacements.

Repairs

Repairs of the Electric Grater will be issued on a case by case basis. Customers will not be charged shipping fees for repairs made within the first 30 days of purchase. Customers will be charged shipping and a $25 repair fee for any repairs made after the first 30 days of purchase.  

RETURN EXCEPTIONS `

Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise showing physical damage that is not wear and tear associated with normal use is not covered under this policy.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customer shall bear all expenses related to shipping charges on machines and/or parts.

Additionally, we will provide refund payments through PayPal for purchases made via PayPal. In the event that the PayPal account used to place the order has been closed or is unable to receive funds, we will issue a bank check and receipt of the refund may be delayed. Please contact our customer service representatives to obtain further PayPal refund assistance.
