All orders are shipped from Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A.
WHEN WE SHIP
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays. We work to ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need an order right away, please email us at brian@grandma-anns.com and we'll see what we can do.
HOW WE SHIP
We ship most U.S. and international orders via UPS (United Parcel Service). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses may ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout based on the destination and order.
The Electric Grater currently qualifies for promotional free Standard shipping within the lower 48 United States.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories may have different shipping charges shown at checkout.
CANADA
Electric Grater shipping is calculated using our current Canada shipping structure and displayed at checkout. Prices are in USD.
Canadian GST/HST, import duties, customs charges and carrier brokerage fees are not included and are the customer's responsibility.
INTERNATIONAL
