Place your order before 12:30 p.m. (Eastern Time), and we will ship it the same day, as long as what you ordered is in stock. We ship most U.S. and International orders via FEDEX or UPS  (United Parcel Service). Orders to Alaska and Hawaii or to APO/AE addresses may ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).

The removable bowl, hopper and grating drum are dishwasher safe and can also be washed with hot, soapy water. Wipe the machine body clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the machine body or allow water into the switch, motor or power cord.
